TIPS FOR HEALTHY NAILS
- Moisturize your nails: giving you nails a little lotion when you apply lotion on you hand is the good way to keep your nails strong and healthy.
- Take off your gel nail polish properly: I experienced that some of my clients just ripped off gel polish when they saw a gap between their nails and gel nail polish. Unfortunately, that would cause damages to their nail bed and made their nail thin and weak. Hence, to have stronger nails, you should remove gel nail in the right way. It is pretty simple to do that, and I also share it from another post.
- Give your nails a break from gel nail polish: Even though I am a nail technician, I do not recommend my clients to have gel nails for a long time. I usually suggest them to give their nails a break after wearing gel nail polish for a couple months. During that time, they can apply nail strengtheners for 1 to 2 weeks before getting back to gel nail polish.
